We do not accept returns unless:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition, or
- The product was expired upon delivery.
Reporting a Damaged or Expired Product
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the damage or expiry
Resolution Process
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement product, sent at no additional cost, or
- A full refundto your original method of payment
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
